To start off i want to say that I enjoyed all the art projects and Mr. Renner is the most creative teacher that I have ever met. The first project I want to talk about is the Disorder Grid project. What you had to do was; pick a picture or drawing from anywhere that could be easily drawn. Then you glue the picture to a paper and equally grid it. After that you had to make another grid in a blank piece of paper in a bigger scale, but you had to make it look disorder. Then you had to follow the grid lines of the original drawing and draw into the disorder grid. As you can see I had some trouble drawing the farmers face. The second art project that I wanted to talk about is the homemade book. I thought it was pretty neat. All you have to do is: Cut 3 papers in half and make and even number of holes with a nail. Then you have to put thread trough a needle, and you pass the needle trough the holes. You do the same 2 more time so you can have 3 sets of sheets of paper. Once your done you tide the 3 sets of paper together by passing a needle between them. Finally you glue the side where the strings are to a cover ( which you have to decorate).
Lastly the third thing i wanted to talk about is the piñata. At first I wanted to make a rocket, but I thought it was too lame so I decided to make the coolest and prettiest thing in the world, Kirby. So what you need to do to make a piñata is the following; get a balloon and you place thin strips of paper (that's has been place on glue mixed with water) and wrap them around the balloon. Once you have made about 2 covers you can tape of glue any other extras things that you might need so that it will look like you want it to look like.the similarities of these projects are that they all deal with paper and they all where kind of complicated...
